Food for Thought
As we enter a new year, a little food for thought. Make lifestyle changes that are best for you and your health. If you are planning weight loss and don't know where to begin, see a dietician or a nutritionist. Make sure you are eating healthy in the process. The biggest impacts on my weight loss has been cutting down carbohydrate intake and increasing my protein intake. Eating habits alone will not make you a success. Introduce some form of exercise into your routine. You have to want your journey to a healthier you or success will be difficult. Often a "partner" is a huge help. Someone to be accountable to and that is also there for support. My husband has challenged me that he can get to my goal weight before me. Sometimes a little competition is good as well. We shall see.

Happy New Year!!!
I personally do not believe in New Years' resolutions. I believe we should live each day to it's fullest and be the best that we possibly can be, every day of the year. My 2014 was a bit bumpy. I had several health issues but I made it through and things are looking up. I am back on the road to a healthier, skinnier me. Yay! I wish you all the best and make 2015 the best it can be for you.

Here I am again....
It has been awhile and I have had so much going on in my life. Our day to day lives sometimes keep us crazy but they need to keep us motivated as well. I have had a lot of health issues as of late (none related to weight loss) and that on top of family and work has pulled me away from one of my biggest motivators... This blog. I am so ready to get back to being healthy, exercising, pushing myself to my goals. I set goals for myself and I am the only one that can accomplish those goals...
So, here I go.
1. Get through medical issues.
2. Exercise daily.
3. Healthier eating.
4. Accountability.
5. Goals met.
6. End results.

Transformation Tuesday
I have gone through so many transformations since I began this journey. Not just weight loss transformation but many other aspects of my life as well. I have found recently that I need a little adjustment once again. I have to get my mental transformation back on track. Back on the bike, back on the jogging trail, and back on track with all of my healthier foods. Ultimately these lead to the more weight loss transformation but as I have stated multiple times, the mental transformation is what gets us to the ultimate goal of a healthier, thinner person.
So, today's transformation Tuesday is to help me see where I've been and where I am still headed.
